Refunds: Submit your request for a refund of conference fee no later than 7 days before the conference date. To request a refund, email [email protected] Refund requests received after November 27th will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Course cancellation: If the conference is cancelled due to inclement weather, insufficient enrollment, or any other reason, AWHONN NY will refund registration fees in full. AWHONN NY will provide at least one weeks’ advance notice if cancelling due to insufficient enrollment and as soon as possible in all other circumstances. AWHONN NY is not responsible for any non-cancellable costs incurred by the registrant.
